  • For patients experiencing tooth loss, dental implants represent the most secure and lasting form of restoration. Dental implants are tiny titanium posts secured into the jawbone to provide a steady foundation for custom replacement teeth. Dental implants, when well-maintained, can last a lifetime.

  • An All-on-X dental implant replaces multiple teeth using dental implants and a fixed prosthetic arch. The All-on-X approach uses four to six strategically placed implants per arch, as opposed to typical dental implants that call for the placement of a separate implant for each missing tooth. The precise placement of these implants maximizes stability and support for an entire dental arch. All-on-X gives patients a smile that looks natural and improves oral function.

  • Most of us have wisdom teeth that erupt during our teens or twenties. These teeth typically lead to complications, and the best approach is often simply to remove them. Dr. Sahdev is highly experienced in performing wisdom teeth removal on patients of all ages.

  • Tooth loss is often accompanied by bone loss, which can complicate dental restoration. Without sufficient bone tissue, it may be challenging to anchor dental implants. Bone grafting can correct this problem, regenerating bone tissue where it is needed the most.

  • A sinus lift, sometimes called a sinus augmentation, is a treatment that may be needed to add bone to the upper jaw in the area of the back teeth (molars and premolars) to enable successful implant placement.

  • Some teeth are extracted because they are severely decayed; others may have advanced periodontal disease, or have broken in a way that cannot be repaired. Other teeth may need removal because they are poorly positioned in the mouth (such as impacted teeth), or in preparation for orthodontic treatment.

  • Botox is an extremely effective, non-surgical solution, for the relief of the headache and jaw pain caused by TMJ disorder.

  • Tori removal involves the removal of bony outgrowths that can develop in the mouth on the upper and lower jaw. Although these bony growths are benign, there are times when they will become so large that they begin interfering with dental X-rays, speech, and chewing.
